Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rkgg platform (the Platform) and the services offered (the Services). By opening an account or using the Services, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms, and you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The Terms apply to all games, bets, promotions and ancillary features available on the Platform.

Eligibility and Account Ownership

  • You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The minimum age is 18 unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Use of the Platform

You may access the Platform on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for security, regulatory, or operational reasons, or if you breach these Terms. You must not use bots, automation, or third‑party software to influence outcomes, nor exploit bugs or vulnerabilities. We may void bets or winnings arising from malfunction, unauthorised activity, or attempts to manipulate the Platform. We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform beyond our reasonable control.

Funds, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All funds deposited into your account are real money, unless designated as promotional. We hold customer funds in segregated client accounts. Customer balances are not insured by banking protection schemes, and in the event of insolvency, customer balances may be affected in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be withheld while checks are completed. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, and processing times may range from two to five business days, depending on the payment method and verification status. We reserve the right to set off any positive balance against amounts owed to us, including in relation to duplicate accounts, and to require additional verification prior to processing withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to published terms and may include wagering requirements, game eligibility, and maximum bet limits. Bonus funds are not cash and must be wagered before withdrawal. Free spins are subject to game rules and RTP; winnings from bonus spins may be capped or forfeited if terms are not met. Account Dormancy and Closure

If an account remains dormant for an extended period, we may restrict access to funds or close the account in accordance with applicable law. A closed account will disable access to the Platform, though re‑opening may be possible upon request and completion of verification.

Disputes, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For disputes or complaints, contact our Support team in the first instance. If the matter remains unresolved, we may refer the dispute to an independent dispute resolution (ADR) body for final and binding determination, in accordance with its rules and applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. The exclusive forum for resolution of disputes shall be the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory ADR or court oversight requirements under applicable law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and may be communicated by other lawful means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If a change is unacceptable, you may terminate your account in accordance with these Terms.

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms to a successor without notice; you may not assign without our consent.
  • Notices: Communications under these Terms may be provided in writing via the Platform or to your registered contact details.
